Founded by Paule Boffa-Comby in 2005, ReThink & Lead has dedicated over 20 years to perfecting the art of business transformation through leadership.

We are a “boutique service company” that goes beyond traditional business consulting, coaching and training. Our focus is on igniting and creating viral leadership transformation, putting people at the center, leveraging their business knowledge and using the multiplier effect of AI.
